YumUsed this sweetner for some time and I love it. I now use it in all my baking – you will find your balance as you cook with it as you do not have to use as much as normal sugar and it does not leaves not leave a horrid aftertaste aftertaste (for me – everyone’s palate is different). Packet says does not mix well with butter but if you are heating it, it works fine. I have made toffee, lemon curd, cakes and cookies and they all turn out great.

Great for bakingAs far as I am concerned this sugar substitute is the best. Makes great bakes which retain their moisture due to the ingredients in this product – ideal for sponge bakes and scones. Very fine and easy to incorporate into recipes. Not mega sweet so you don’t need to use loads. No aftertaste as far as I can tell. A really nice easy use ingredient which doesn’t disappoint.
