100g low fat biscuits – I used light digestive biscuits (about 6)
180g low fat soft spread cheese
180g low fat Greek yogurt
4 tbsp Zusto
Few drops vanilla extract
2 tbsp low sugar jam, we recommend strawberry fruitiful range
100g fresh cut strawberries


1. Put the biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin, divide between 4 glasses
2. Beat the soft cheese, yoghurt, zusto and vanilla extract together and spoon over the biscuit Chill for above 30 minutes
3.Stir the jam in a bowl and add the strawberries, divide over the cheesecake portions, Chill to serve
