Ingredients

170g frozen red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, etc.)
50g Zusto
1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Puree till smooth, then pass through a sieve to remove seeds, and let cool for a few minutes before serving (or chill in the fridge till needed).
