For the Zusto syrup

400g Zusto
400ml Water

For the base of the ice lollies

200g Fresh raspberries
100g Fresh strawberries
300g Zusto syrup


To make the Zusto syrup

1. Place the water and Zusto in a pan
2. Bring to the boil and simmer lightly for 2 minutes
3. Cool and store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 1 week
4. Use this simple syrup as the base for your ice lollies

To make the base of the ice lollies 

1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until very smooth
2. Pass the puree through a fine sieve to remove any solids
3. Pour the puree into the lolly moulds and freeze
