Thank you to @windsor_foodie for sending us this summer fruits baked recipe, made with Zusto.

Ingredients (serves 1):

50g jumbo oats
60ml unsweetened almond milk
1 medium egg, beaten
1 level tsp Zusto
Some vanilla flav drops to taste
1/2 tsp baking powder
50g mixed frozen summer berries
10g melted white choc spread

Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 180
2. In a skillet or small oven proof dish combine the oats, egg, baking powder, milk, flav drops and Zùsto until there’s no lumps
3. Scatter over the fruit evenly on top
4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the oats have set
5. Drizzle over the melted white choc spread before serving. Eat whilst still warm and enjoy!
