Zùsto Chocolate Orange Shortbread

Ingredients:

150g flour
100g vegan butter
60g Zùsto
60g candied orange, chopped
Melted chocolate to drizzle.

Method:

1.    Rub flour and butter together then add @zustouk sugar and candied orange.

2.    Press into a loose bottom tin and bake at 170ºC for 15-20min.

3.    Cut into fingers while hot and leave to cool completely.

4.    Drizzle with melted chocolate.
