Ingredients

For 1 serving
100 ml lime juice + a lime wedge to garnish
1 tbsp Zùsto
2 sprigs of fresh mint, with additional sprigs to garnish
250 ml (diet) tonic water
Sparkling water (approx. 200 ml)
Crushed ice

Method:
Pour the (diet) tonic and lime juice into a large glass and add the mint. Crush the mint leaves and add the Zùsto.
Add ice and top the glass with sparkling water.
Serve with mint and lime
Variation:

A fun twist for the summer: go for a fruity virgin mojito! Add rhubarb and raspberries along with the mint. Pair with Fever-Tree’s Sweet Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water.
