Ingredients
- 113g butter unsalted, not melted but at room temperature
- 200g Zùsto
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 Bananas smashed with fork
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 260g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, Zùsto and raising agent
- Mix smashed banana + salt + vanilla extract
- Add eggs to flour and mix well, add butter and mix well
- Add the banana to flour mix
- Put mix in buttered pan
- Cook in the oven for 60 min at 180°C
- Cool for 30 min and remove banana bread from pan
