Ingredients:

200 grams Zusto
100 grams Butter
200 grams Self Raising Flour
50 grams Desiccated Coconut
2 Eggs
125 ml Milk

How  to  make  the Coconut Cake :

Preheat oven 170 C – 150 C for fan ovens or gas mark 4.
Grease tin and line with baking paper
Soak Coconut in Milk, overnight or 2 hours before
Cream Butter and eggs together, mix in milk and coconut, fold in flour, then mix in Zusto
Bake for 2 hours
Leave cake to cool on wire rack. For 10 mins, then take out of tin.
